4/7/2026 Food Lion Deli Yellow cake with strawberries, gel and whipped topping. I became nauseated after eating one piece. My husband, who has a heart condition, became nauseated, threw up and had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
