Saturday, October 30th, I followed the instrutions for the NATURE'S PROMISE FREE FORM BASALMIC RICE which is microwaveable. I ate the rice and the next day my stomach did not feel right and for several days even now I have been nausea and diarrhea. The rice is all I ate that day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
