I’ve eaten Lucky Charms twice this month and both times have left me with severe cramping and pain in my right abdomen. Other symptoms also include nausea and diarrhea after eating the cereal. #LuckyCharms

Lucky Charms: Severe Cramps

I ate a bowl of lucky charms before bed, and within a few hours I was awoken to excruciating cramping. I spent the next several hours on and off the toilet dealing with cramping, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. The cramping was so painful it was making my nausea worse.
