Flew Ethiopian from Geneva to Cape Town leaving sunday evening (21st June) with sister + bf. Now 3 days later, morning of wednesday 24th, my sister and I are extremely sick, E.Coli or Salmonella. Boyfriend did not eat the airline food, and is completely healthy.

Airport Crudo Sandwich Illness

Purchased 2 crudo sandwiches for my sons from the Food Hall in Terminal 1 on Sunday 15 March 2026 at 9.15am. They have both experienced severe nausea and diarrhoria for the last 24hrs.
