We ordered a large bacon and medium pepperoni pizzas Saturday afternoon (3/08/25) By Sunday evening both people that ate the pepperoni pizza had uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting, both persons became dehydrated after losing all fluids .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
