Ordered a delivery to my hotel room December 3, 2018. I have small Chicago style pizza with mushrooms, onions, and pepperoni with a side salad. I was up all night sick and didn't recover until that Wednesday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
