I dined at 6PM last night, ordering the cauliflower bites and salt and pepper wings. I became sick with diarrhea, nausea and chills around midnight and am still struggling with stomach pain and bloating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Bloating
