I have gotten food poison from HEB's Meal Simple meals twice now in the last month from this location. I have bought these for years with no issues. I experienced Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills both times.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain

Lobster Bisque Illness Report

I ate the take home lobster bisque last night and felt a bit queasy all night. I woke up in the middle of the night and vomited soon after. I drank some almond milk to kill the taste and threw that up later in the night. Have felt naseaous most of today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
