Ordered to go the Margherita Flat Bread Pizza 11pm (an hour before restaurant closes) ...three hours after eating I wake up to stomach cramps and diaherra. My family member had the pepperoni Flat bread and didn't get sick. We both drank bottled water with meal.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
