Ham Steak Causes Illness

Ham steak  Had breakfast around 1:40 pm. Ham And eggs. Left and went shopping for a phone. Approximately 30 minutes after had to rush home and barely made it to the bathroom. Violent diarrhea. Laying in bed now and not sure what is going to happen.
