Shared Pizza, Dual Illness

Partner and I shared a pizza and 12 hours later we both became very ill, lasting several days. Symptoms consisted of violently vomiting, diaherria, stomach cramps, chills and cold sweats. No one else in the house ever became sick, because no one else had the pizza.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
