Partner and I shared a pizza and 12 hours later we both became very ill, lasting several days. Symptoms consisted of violently vomiting, diaherria, stomach cramps, chills and cold sweats. My adult daughter brought Big Mac meals to my home to share. She was ill with diarrhea a few hours later. Several hours later I had severe stomach pain and chills, then multiple episodes of explosive diarrhea. I ordered a double cheeseburger. My kids and girlfriend had a chicken nuggets and a chicken salad. As soon as I finished the cheeseburger on the trip to Boston, I knew something was off. I vomited 3 times and had diarrhea for 2 days. I haven't eaten anything of substance.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
