Food Safety Reports: Hot Head Burritos, East Dayton-Yellow Springs Road, Fairborn, OH, USA

I’m not sure the exact food that was the cause but my husband and I both got sick. He had a burrito with multiple ingredients and I had a burrito bowl with multiple ingredients.  It happened Saturday, April 2nd 2022 around 1250 at here  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
