Burrito, Bowl: Shared Symptoms - Hot Head Burritos, Fairborn Ohio

I’m not sure the exact food that was the cause but my husband and I both got sick. He had a burrito with multiple ingredients and I had a burrito bowl with multiple ingredients.  It happened Saturday, April 2nd 2022 around 1250 at here | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
