I had a grilled chicken teriyaki sandwich no cheese around 3:00pm. Woke at at 1:30 super nauseous, about to puke and stuck on the toilet. I'm certain that's what it was, i want to puke thinking about it and I didn't eat anything else.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
