ate some Ben and Jerry's yesterday (fudgy flan) and in an hour I was vomiting, shivering, and was unable to keep any fluids down overnight. I eat plenty of Ben and Jerry's and have not ever had a reaction to dairy.

Marinated Chicken Causes Nausea

Me and boyfriend got 2 marinated chicken breasts from the meat counter and we fully cooked it (all white, 165 degrees) but bits were chewy and grey and now we are both nauseous.
