Caesar Salad Causes Nausea

I bought a Chicken Caesar Salad that was pre-made. I ate it Friday afternoon around 12:15 P.M. Later that evening I felt sick and very nauseous with chills. I still feel very nauseous. I didn't eat anything after that on Friday and only toast on Saturday morning.
