Cereal Causes Vision Changes

Ate small bowl of lucky charms - family size box. Nausea and vision changes, gastrointestinal pain within several hours. Hit like a truck, felt extremely sick. Took pepto otherwise would have probably thrown up! 24 hours later strong chest pain but no stomach issues.
