Sirloin Tips Cause Diarrhea

Went there yesterday and ate the sirloin tips with eggs, hashbrown, and pancakes. Got a hot chocolate too. Two to hours later started having diarrhea and have been since. It has now been 24 hours and no signs of it alleviating any time soon.
