Plant Balls Cause Repeat Illness

Had the plant balls, mashed potatoes with gravy, lignon sauce and green beans.  This is my second time getting sick after eating the plant balls. Both times that I ate the plant balls from here in New Haven (November 2021 & February 2022) I had diarrhea within 1/2 hour.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
