Oatmeal Induced Cramps, Nausea

Ate this morning at around 7 A.M. I ordered the Steel Cut oatmeal, and a few hours later my stomach started cramping really bad and I'm still nauseous. I'd say that the symptoms started at around 11 A.M. and it is now 4:15 and although the cramping seems to have subsided, I am still nauseous.
