Went to in and out for lunch. Got a flying dutchmen with 4 patties . immediately felt stomach pain and nausea after eating. Stomach pains got worse through the hours and started vomiting multiple times about 6 hours after.

Ate at 4pm and started feeling sick around 7:30 around 8 I started having diarrhea and then the vomiting started and it hasn’t stopped
