BBQ Feast Sparks Illness

My 19 yr old son works at the bbq place across from Tin City. Cooked a ton of raw meat. And ate there over Labor Day weekend. This past Saturday got sick at work w fever chills and nausea and diarrhea. Still has same symptoms day 3. Temp high at 103.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills
