picked up jumbo Jack and fries at 4 pm . Started vomiting suddenly at 4:50pm and diarrhea & the burger wasn’t greasy . But I later wondered if the lettuce had listeria since I vomited so quickly. What’s going on

Tiny Tacos Trigger Nausea

Ordered the loaded tiny tacos, got home and ate maybe 5, not even an hour later started feeling extremely nauseous. Took some tums but I've been feeling like this for 4 hours now and have been in and out of the bathroom.
