I bought 8 tacos and a coke yesterday and 30 minutes later I started throwing up and having nausea and also got fever. I started getting rashes on my hands too. I felt so bad last night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Skin Rash
