Had Jack in the Box on night of 4/22 - 2 tacos, burger, and fries. Next day for the entire day I’ve been feeling nauseous with stomach cramps, body aches, fever, and headache. I’m throwing up anything i eat or drink shortly after.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
