Hair show catered in Jack Stack Barbecue for lunch. I had a beef brisket sandwich and cheesy corn. A few hours later I was having stomach pain and a headache that quickly turned into a fever, full body aches/chills, and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
