I received my Chicken Alfredo Pasta via UberEats delivery. It was good as as always but 1.5 to 2 hours after eating I because nausea, sweats, and a feeling something was going to come out of both ends. I went to my bathroom and violently threw up my pasta.

Nausea, and explosive diahrrea, painful gas. This is the worst case of the sh*ts I have ever endured, never again will I ate at that establishment.
