This is for the Jersey Mike's on 1010 in Apex/Cary, NC.
On Sunday afternoon, July 7,2024, approximately 12:30pm, I had a cold sub with vegetables. Within an hour I was throwing up and having diarrhea violently! I was 100% well before the sandwich.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
