On 12/17, I had dinner here. I had a chicken and cheese empanada appetizer and Puerto Rican tamale entree. About an hour after I ate, I became nauseous. Two hours after eating, I began to vomit. I was up all night dry heaving and could not keep liquids down for many hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Body Ache
