Ate a tuna sandwich around noon. Got sick around 3am. Went to the doctors and she said high percentage it came from Jimmy John’s.

Chills, Vomiting from Sandwich

Had a country club with onions and sauce. About 6 hours later nausea and chills then vomiting for four hours and diarrhea that is still ongoing 30 hours later. Chills and joint pain still significant.
