Ramen, dumplings, fried chicken Sunday night, 11/19/17 around 6pm. By 10pm my stomach was on fire, then I was up all night alternating vomiting and diarrhea until almost 6am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
