Ordered Fish and chips for dinner and hadnt eaten anything else for most of the day. 6 hours after eating I was violently ill and have continued to feel bad after about 14 hours. Everything else I ate was hand prepared at home and I have it the day before.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
