Siblings Sick After C1 Meal

My brother and I had a C1 meal from there and we both got incredibly ill. He had to stay home from school/work. I’m on day 3 of horrible diarrhea and vomiting. It’s the only thing in common that we both ate, so it has to be this, and it happened hours after consuming it. Not fun.

We ordered the chicken dippers with ranch and a spaghetti plate. I ate the spaghetti plate and only I got sick about 5-6 hours I started to feel all the symptoms it started with nausea, then vomiting
