My daughter reported a tummy ache after eating the fries and macaroni and cheese. She ended up leaving school early the next day with severe diarrhea. She had it for 8 hours and was ok, but wasn’t really eating. She ate a small amount today and then began throwing up. No fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever
