Ate a Famous Bowl about 4 PM, 8 hours later was sicker than a dog. Didn't have anything else to eat on 6/13/2018. Finally clearing up on 6/14/2018 approximately 6 PM after being in the e.r.
| Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
