Yesterday I had gotten the bbq saucy nuggets, and the sandwich/nugget combo meal and 5 hours later started feeling nauseous. I had to run to the bathroom and I started violently throwing up and having diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
