ordered via Uber eats 18/5/20. Daughter contracted food poisoning, with diarrhea immediately and since then has had a fever, vomitting, immense stomach pain and weakness.

Symptoms set in around 10-12hrs after consumption. Was the only possible culprit. Could not take my flight as staying near the airport and resulted in 4 day’s of sickness from work

Fillet chicken tower burger, fries, pepsi. Ate ate 7.30pm.Tasted ok but fries cold and soggy, pepsi very watered down and flat. Felt really nauseous 3am in the morning, severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea. Stomach aching.
