Disgusting quality and horrible staff. You've been warned!!! I thought this was a high-end mall in phuket, but I thought wrong because I went to a dinner...in hell at there. We thought the menu looked pretty good so we walked in and ordered AYCE silver. We sat... See More down, started eating...everything was fine..until...I saw something MOVING at the corner of my eye. I turned around asap, and I saw none other than a giant, breathing, COCKROACH on the wall. I immediately stood up and walked away from the table and I threw up a little on the inside of my head. If there was a cockroach that we can see, I don't want to imagine what the kitchen must look like. I alerted a worker and he used his bare hand to slam the cockroach. It fell into my seat and started rolling around. I barely ate anything and they did not clean up the table at any time. The drinks tasted...sus to say the least. The food quality is average, the prices are atrocious, and the staff are careless. The hygiene...UNSANITARY CONDITIONS. This restaurant needs to be shut down!! I can't believe this restaurant was given a SHA+ rating. After all of that, when the bill came, they wanted to charge an extra 100 baht for each dish we didn't finish. Of course, we didn't pay that. My son (10 years old) and I had a meal here the 13th of July 2016. I had spicy wings and he had the single wing left that was 'original'. After 1-2 hours he got nauseaus.
