I ordered chicken, soup and iced tea. Halfway through my food, I already started feeling abdominal pain and started vomiting. I didn't even finish the food, after a few minutes I pooped and my poop was pure liquid. This has been happening to me for a few hours now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
