Pizza Rolls Cause Concern

Got some Kroger combination pizza rolls and had some last night. Had diahrhea this morning, but not too bad. Just thought maybe too greasy or too many. Actually had more for lunch. Been pooping blood all day. IMHO I would say there is something wrong with this…
