Got some Kroger combination pizza rolls and had some last night. Had diahrhea this morning, but not too bad. Just thought maybe too greasy or too many. Actually had more for lunch. Been pooping blood all day. IMHO I would say there is something wrong with this product. I don't eat these regularly and last time I did, same brand and I had diahrhea pretty bad for a day or two. Pretty clear to me this stuff is just really low quality bad for you food given just how many complaints I see regardng pizza rolls. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
