12/4/2021, And A&W root beer On 12/4/2021 at 3 am I opened a bottle of A&W root beer I purchased from there by 4 am my throat was swollen, I couldn't breath and was admitted to Parkview Regional medical center in Fort Wayne Indiana at 5 am
