Last two days have had bad stomach symptoms. I just bought a box of lucky charms and have eaten it a couple times, second time bigger bowl and symptoms are way worse before I realized that was the source of issues Lucky charms

5/21-5/24 Activia yogurt possibly I feel like i am going to vomit but have not, this has been ongoing for 3 days. Very bloated and awful feeling, I have eaten 2 yogurts each day.
