Last two days have had bad stomach symptoms. I just bought a box of lucky charms and have eaten it a couple times, second time bigger bowl and symptoms are way worse before I realized that was the source of issues Lucky charms  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Green Stool

5/21-5/24 Activia yogurt possibly I feel like i am going to vomit but have not, this has been ongoing for 3 days. Very bloated and awful feeling, I have eaten 2 yogurts each day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other

Grabbed a few slices at a gas station that had pizza hut. Noticed the pizza was just left out then warmed when you ordered a slice, gross! About 2 hours later I was throwing up every 20 minutes all night .. don't trust the nasty warmed up pizza, disgusting they can do that.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
