On December 6, I purchased two salad bowls that were in the vegetable department. That night I took one to work and in a few hours I became sick with a lot of diarrhea and vomiting. After being sick for three days, I have developed a rash on both legs. Note: the salad had these cubes of chicken.

Tapioca Pudding Illness Alert

Purchased a container of tapioca pudding at the deli. Are some last night before bed. Woke up with violent diarrhea, nausea, extreme fatigue, headache and fever.
