Cobb Salad Causes Illness

I bought a Cobb salad from here on my birthday 3/22. I ate it the next day.. smelled, and tasted ok. Several hours later I became very sickl.. puking, and diarrhea.it was bad.. thought I was going to choke

May 11,2018 i made hamburgers from ground beef i purchased at krogers,i had fever,chills ,dizzyness,vomiting ,diarrehea.
