Purchased a prepackaged salad from the Kroger deli, consumed the night after, about 11 pm. Woke up for work the next morning with black stools, nausea, vomiting, cramping, and blurry vision. Had to leave work and go home.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Blurry vision, Cramps
