Lucky Charms: Green Diarrhea

My 6 year old daughter ate lucky charms last night for dinner and woke up not feeling well. She vomited and shortly after had green diarrhea. She felt better thank goodness throughout the day. This was a brand new box I just bought that had a color change spoon in it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
