Chicken Meal Sparks Illness

Ordered chicken and double rice yesterday(06/01/2026) evening around 7-8pm. Woke up next morning, after defecating in my bed. Threw up later that morning at work. Been on the couch the entire day, running to the bathroom once an hour or so.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
